Delivery/Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery/shipping time frames are as stated below :

• 2-5 business days (Peninsular Malaysia).
• 5-7 business days (East Malaysia - Sarawak & Sabah).

Delivery Areas

• We currently only offer delivery/shipping to addresses within Malaysia.

Courier Service

• All orders are delivered using POS Laju courier service.

Order Notification

• Once an order is placed, an email notification will be sent to customers.
• Please ensure you provide an active contact number and correct delivery address in order to receive your package in the time frames listed above. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for loss of any packages. 
• If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day, and received as per the above conditions.
• Any delivery date or time specified by MUNI is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
